In the mornings we will walk the Alexander Way down the herb scented mule track to swim in the crystal clear waters of the pretty cove below. We practise Alexander Technique, Chi Kung and meditation, lie in semi-supine and return to the hilltop village for individual lessons on my shaded terrace.

The afternoons are left free for rest reflection and exploring the rest of the island. In the evening we will meet again for further experiments in the Alexander Technique, visits to local tavern or sunset walks in the forest or mountain. Opportunities for snorkelling, yoga, massage, boat trips and possible glimpses of dolphins!

Individual lessons also available throughout the Summer for those wanting to explore the work whilst enjoying a Greek Island holiday by themselves or with friends or family.

A magical setting for profound journeys into the Alexander Technique, for those at the beginning or those who have been on the path for some time.

Step into Spring with an Alexander Technique Introductory Workshop
in Tuscany, Italy

This Introductory Workshop will take place on Saturday 18th February between 10.00am and 4.00pm in a stunning location near Lucca, Northern Tuscany, Italy.

The two teachers, Elisabetta Gori and Francesca Marchesi, have many years experience teaching the Alexander Technique in Tuscany. The Workshop will be taught in Italian but both the teachers speak excellent English so it is also suitable for participants who have a basic knowledge of Italian.

The cost for the day is €50 to include a light lunch and all refreshments.

Why not make a long weekend of it by staying in the historic walled city of Lucca? Lucca is only 30 minutes away from Pisa Airport and transport links by bus and train are excellent. Accommodation details (bed and breakfast) are available upon request.
