Alexander Technique principles for public speaking and presentation skills and everyday life.
Developing confidence, freeing your voice and increasing your impact. Confident public
speaking and presentation skills are a must for anyone who wants to thrive in today’s
marketplace. There are two elements to any presentation - the "song" and the "singer" - what
you say and how you say it. Presentation is at its most powerful and compelling when the
non-verbal elements, voice and body language, and the verbal elements of a message support and
reinforce each other.
Absolute beginners welcome.
