Swimming Without Stress: 1:1 Residential Course in West Wales with Ian and Cheryl Cross
A long weekend of intensive Alexander work set in the beautiful countryside of the Teifi Valley,
South West Wales.
The course is suitable for members of the public with some experience of Alexander lessons, trainee teachers,
and as Continuing Professional Development for qualified teachers.

A Monday to Friday course of eight 45 minute lessons in the water is from £320 and a course of five daily dry land
lessons is £125.
