Introductory Group Class in Swansea on Saturday June 12th
Venue: Natural Health Service, 422a Killay Precinct, Gower Road, Killay
This small introductory group class will cover the basic principles and evolution of Alexander's method, followed
by a demonstration and practical work.
It will be given by Philippa Castell who has been teaching since 1991 and runs a practice in Uplands, as well as
teaching at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in Cardiff.
Numbers are limited so booking is essential.

A Monday to Friday course of eight 45 minute lessons in the water is from £320 and a course of five daily dry land
lessons is £125.
