www.stat.org.uk: Map of Website Navigation

This page provides useful links to all aspects of the Alexander Technique.

The left-hand panel below will help you locate registered Alexander Technique teachers and also help you find information about Alexander Technique workshops, holidays, publications, archives, teacher training ourses, contact details for STAT, and other links.

The right-hand panel has links for specific information about the Alexander Technique, such as its history, information about having one-to-one lessons, records of personal experience of learning the Technique, and articles about how the Alexander Technique is applied in various activities and in daily life.

If your browser does not support Dynamic HTML (you don't see "pop-out" menus when you put your mouse cursor over the menu buttons), the navigation of the site and the relationships between pages may appear to work a little differently from the "map" representation below.
  • Entries in "CAPITALS" are separate pages.
  • Entries in "lower case" type, which are marked with a §, are sections within a main page (usually, but not always, the main page that heads the bullet-list where the section link appears).
  • Pages marked with a ¶ are in a printer-friendly format.
  • Entries in "lower case" type which are not marked with a §, are not pages but general categories; the relevant pages and sections are listed in the bullet-list that follows such a heading.
  • Pages you have already visited will be shown in GREEN.
  • You can visit any PAGE or designated section § by clicking on it.
